My To Watch List
I got an email asking what I have on my “to watch” shelf.
Here is the current list of DVDs I need to get to. It sure seems like I used to have more time to watch films before I started podcasting. I don’t think I have ever had a pile this big of “to watch” DVDs. Most of these films I have seen before. Usually there is a new DVD release that gets me interested again. Here is the current list:
Wild At Heart
Throne of Blood - Criterion Collection
Henry Fool
House of Flying Daggers
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou - Criterion Collection (2-Disc Special Edition)
The Pawnbroker
Burden of Dreams - Criterion Collection
Hoosiers (2-Disc Collector’s Edition)
Donnie Darko - The Director’s Cut
Kagemusha - Criterion Collection
Hoop Dreams - Criterion Collection
Amadeus - Director’s Cut (Two-Disc Special Edition)
Judgment at Nuremberg
La Dolce Vita (2-Disc Collector’s Edition)
Bad Day at Black Rock

Donnie Darko would make a great Cinephile! Particularly with it’s double cinema release and the two versions.
I agree. There is so much to talk about in the film Donnie Darko.
