I like it better than the “Patton” header and am looking forward to hearing your reviews of “Apocalypse Now”
Is there some significance to the war theme here?
it’s shweeeet. definitely sets a mood. for fear of being banished from the real reviews community, i won’t mention that i haven’t seen “Apocalypse”… dang..too late. the red faded type is pretty cool, and i assume from the film… it says “death from above”..?
on a technical note, the “home” and “podcasts” links are coming out a little too close to the bottom of the header, such that the bottoms of the letters are being cut off. i’m on XP and it’s happening on both IE and Firefox.
ok, i’m off to listen to the “Mockingbird” review.. that one i DID see.
Thanks for the comments guys.
Curtis?! You’ve never seen Col.Kilgore give his napalm in the morning speech? Or seen the “real” meaning in “You know, someday this war is gonna end.” The horror, the horror… Curtis as a way of repenting for your movie “non” watching sins- you should stop what you are doing, immediately call in sick – get Apocalypse Now and watch it! I am jealous, you get to watch it for the first time! What a treat.
On the menu issue – you’re right on – I just haven’t had time to tweak the color of the type so that everything shows up. I’ll fix it this weekend.
Thanks again.
